What we did:
After successfully, developing The Producers Club for the chain’s Suncoast Motion Picture Company
division, we inherited the Sam Goody Replay program. We agreed to manage the Replay program
with the understanding that we would merge the Suncoast program and add their Media Play and
On Cue stores into it.
This became the rst multi-division loyalty initiative created for a specialty retailer.
What we learned:
This was our rst attempt to create data models and data mining to target specic oers to
Producers Club and later Replay members. We turned around a loyalty program that was losing
$600,000 annually into a $1.0 million prot center in less than two years.
