What we did:

We created Club PUREBeauty, the rst chain loyalty marketing program in the beauty industry. We expanded the modeling and data mining eorts that we had learned from the Replay program and saw signicant organic growth and expansion in category sales. This became the model for other chains in the beauty industry.

What we learned:

Data mining techniques can inuence the next sale. We proved the two number growth model works: We increased average visits and we increased the average transaction and that is a winning combination.
