What we did:
We web enabled the company’s salon loyalty program and created the rst beauty industry
e-rewards redemption system that was completely web based. Strategy was critical for this program
in order to connect with as many salons as possible. What began as one program expanded
into four segments within one program to maximize the brands’ growth.
What we learned:
The need for SKU level data collection is critical to identify brand growth opportunities.
Underperforming customers impede every brand’s growth and by targeting these customers we
can help brands grow their business from the inside out.
