What we did:
The Business of Beauty is a hybrid between B2B and B2C and through data mining, we have helped
marketing dene high value from low value customers. The PROCLUB program is not a loyalty
model but a data mining machine that allows granular tracking and targeting.
What we learned:
Targeted marketing does inuence the next sale. Direct mail outperforms e-mail in terms of
response rates and we have rened how to incorporate both e-mail and direct mail to increase the
overall ROI for every campaign.
