Global Connection - The Wella Corporation
GLOBAL CONNECTION is a points based (Style Points) reward program designed for the Salons to enhance their business, education and community through their purchases of The Wella Corporations family of brands (WELLA, SEBASTIAN, BELVEDERE, TONDEO). Style Points can be redeemed at any time for education, business and community rewards.
Group 3 Marketing has designed a web-enabled data collection and rewards processing system that is 100% electronic, available 24/7/365 for salons, distributors and Wella field and management to access and update. [www.wellausa.com].

The Musicland Group Employee Incentive Program
With over 14,000 retail employee, reducing turnover was a continuing challenge. Working with Human Resources and Field Operations, we created PLATINUM REWARDS for the Musicland Group. This points based program rewarded employees for staying on the job as well as a host of other opportunities to earn points. Employees could redeem their rewards either in-store for FREE product or could select from over 100 other retailers and restaurants and get gift certificates.
This program in tandem with other HR programs resulted in a drop in turnover by more than 20% in one year.
In addition, vendors were encouraged to convert their incentive efforts from trips and other individual prizes to Platinum Rewards Points reducing the internal administration to manage the vendors programs.
