Our clients supply G3M with basic demographic data about those customers who they have selected to participate in their program(s). In all of these programs, our clients create a profile with the customer’s personal information and inform each customer that completes a profile that such information may be used to send the customer postal or electronic mailings on a periodic basis.

    1. First name, Middle Initial, Last Name
    2. Address, including street name, city, zip/postal code

In addition, on a daily or weekly schedule, our clients send us sales and transactional activities relating to each of their customers. G3M appends this information to the customer’s file for the purpose of building a dynamic sales and activity history for each customer

  • How We Use The Information
G3M provides our clients report activities about their customers and assists them in developing relevant communications and promotional offers. While G3M maintains shared databases, no client may have access to customer information from any other client. No individual customer may access any other customer’s information in the G3M database.

Sales and transactional data supplied by our clients is used to generate rewards when that is part of the client’s program and to develop models that allow G3M to target specific client offers based on your personal information and your transactional history.

G3M clients have access to their customers’ information and may update such information either through the G3M WebLink or by contacting the G3M Customer Service center either by phone or e-mail.

Customers may update their personal information and view their sales activities and also their rewards history.

In all G3M communications to each client’s customers, each customer is informed that they may opt-out of receiving non-rewards communications by directly contacting the G3M Customer Service Center, informing the client, accessing their personal information on-line or e-mailing the G3M Customer Service Center.

G3M’s Practice Regarding Electronic Communications
We do not use cookies or spyware to capture personal information or track web browsing behavior. We do not track who visits our websites. Individuals who visit our interactive websites to update their personal information into our database or look up their activity information are not tracked electronically.

Individuals who e-mail their personal information to us are added to the appropriate database and we respond back to that individual but do not track such occurrences, other than to note the change requested in the client’s “membership” record.

When we send e-mails to individuals in our databases on behalf of our clients, the recipients have previously enrolled in the client’s program and have “opted-in” to receive such e-mails. We provide three alternative ways for recipients to unsubscribe or “opt-out.”

When sending e-mails in HTML format, a one pixel graphic is embedded in the e-mail that allows G3M to track open rates and report open rates to our clients. We do not notify our clients which of their customers opened their e-mails.

G3M’s Policy Of Sharing Personal Information
It is our policy not to share or release any confidential personal information about any customer to any client that has not previously submitted such information to us. We do not sell, rent, or in any other way release any customer information to any third parties without the prior written consent of the client who owns the customer information. G3M’s role is one of acting as the caretaker of a client’s data and to employ all reasonable businesslike methods to protect the privacy and integrity of all data entrusted to us.

G3M’s Policy Of Using External Data
Periodically, clients will submit externally supplied data to G3M to use in marketing campaigns, both in postal mailings and electronic (e-mail) mailings. In such cases where e-mail communications are sent to individuals and/or companies from externally supplied lists, our policy is to disclose that such e-mail is unsolicited and to provide the respondent with all appropriate methods for unsubscribing from future e-mails by our client.

G3M’s Privacy Standards
G3M adheres to the privacy standards of The Direct Marketing Association and makes every attempt to research and provide direction to clients regarding appropriate federal and state laws regarding postal and electronic communications.
